Machine Grade Pre-stretch film is pre-stretched during the manufacturing process before being wound onto a roll. This pre-stretching process elongates the film beyond its normal length, typically up to 300% or more of its original size. The pre-stretching reduces the film's thickness and increases its tensile strength, making it more effective at securing loads while using less material. Our film is known for its excellent puncture resistance, load-holding capacity, and cost-effectiveness. It's often used in pallet wrapping applications to improve efficiency and reduce film usage compared to traditional stretch film.
