Excellent handling, retention force and safety
T-ECO STRETCH FILM (or) Post Consumer Recycled (PCR) stretch film refers to stretch film made from post-consumer recycled materials. This type of film is used for wrapping and securing products on pallets for shipping and storage. Utilizing PCR materials helps reduce waste and promotes sustainability by reusing plastics that have already been used and discarded by consumers.
We have been able to develop T-ECO Stretch Film with 30% PCR addition under our Manual Wrap Category, matching same properties as of our Virgin Manual wrap film.
Using PCR stretch film can be a crucial part of a company's strategy to reduce its environmental footprint and promote more sustainable packaging practices.
Characteristics:
Thickness | 15-50 Micron |
Size | 200mm to 1500mm |
Colour | Optional |
PCR | Upto 30% |
- Sustainability:PCR stretch films are part of the circular economy, helping to reduce the need for virgin plastic and lowering the environmental impact of plastic production.
- Performance:Advances in recycling technology have improved the quality and performance of PCR films, making them comparable to films made from virgin materials in terms of strength, clarity, and stretchability.
- Applications:These films are used in various industries, including food and beverage, consumer goods, and logistics, for wrapping pallets, bundling products, and other packaging needs.
- Regulatory Compliance:PCR stretch films can help companies meet sustainability goals and regulatory requirements related to plastic use and recycling.
- Cost:While sometimes slightly more expensive than traditional films due to the recycling process, the costs are often offset by the environmental benefits and potential for meeting corporate sustainability targets.
